JDeveloper on Win 7 – 64 bit

I was setting up a brand new Oracle Fusion Middleware environment – when I ran into the following issue while try to configure a new application server on JDeveloper.

  1. Install JDeveloper.
  2. Configure a WebLogic Server
  3. Start JDeveloper
  4. Add the Domain to JDeveloper ->IDE Connections view
  5. Specify connection information
  6. Test Connection

Check that JDeveloper does not have a proxy configured.

Tools -> Preferences -> Web Browser and Proxy.  If you have a proxy configured, remove it. Then, Restart your server and JDeveloper
